Took my truck here. Peterbilt dealership was going to charge me thousands to fix parts that weren’t broke! Brought it to ctr and these guys found the problem, fixed it and charged me a great price!! These guys know what they’re doing. Earned my future business! They work hard here and I appreciate that. They also know how important trucks are and time is especially for owner ops. Great job to the guys at Cincinnati truck repair!!!

4/21/26 @ 6pm a 6'3" 248 lb black man (me) wearing a bright yellow safety vest walked into the service entrance and stood at the counter. Three employees and a few customers, non english-speaking of course, and not one person saw me or even acknowledged my existence. Either I'm a ghost or there's another reason why they ignore black people here.

I have over 10 years of experience in trucking, and I can honestly say I’m very satisfied with this shop. The staff are professional, respectful, and they know what they are doing. The work is done clean, accurate, and very fast. On top of that, the prices are very fair and reasonable. Hopefully none of our trucks break down, but if I ever need repairs again, I will definitely come back here. I won’t waste my time going to random or inexperienced mechanics. Highly recommended for all truck drivers. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Hands down the best truck shop I’ve ever been to! What no dealership or repair shop could fix in two whole months, these guys solved in just two hours. Seriously — months of useless diagnostics, parts swapped for no reason, and empty promises… and here? They looked at it, found the issue, explained it clearly, and fixed it — fast and right. These guys don’t just repair trucks — they speak their language. I swear, they didn’t use a scanner, they used a magic wand. A little joke for you: I spent so much money at the dealership, I should’ve gotten a loyalty card and free coffee. Here, I just paid for real work — and left with a working truck and a big smile. Huge respect and thanks to this team. You didn’t just fix my truck — you restored my faith in honest, skilled mechanics. From now on, I’m only coming here — and telling everyone I know to do the same.
